Do your snacks require refrigeration?
Yes, because we use fresh ingredients and no chemical preservatives, our snacks are best kept refrigerated to maintain their texture and flavor. They can, however, stay fresh on-the-go for up to one week at room temperature.
Are your products gluten-free and non-GMO?
Absolutely. All Perfect Snacks products are certified gluten-free and Non-GMO Project Verified to ensure you are getting the highest quality nutrition.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We ship in temperature-controlled packaging Monday through Wednesday to ensure your snacks arrive fresh and don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer vegan options?
While many of our snacks use organic honey or egg powder, we do have a specific line of vegan-friendly bars. Please check the ingredient label on each product page for specific dietary information.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey from our kitchen to your doorstep.
